Arab & Tarzan

Born and raised in Gaza Strip, Palestine, twin brothers Ahmed and Mohammad Abu Naser, more popularly known as Tarzan and Arab, have always had a passion for the film industry and spent their childhood watching and analyzing movies. Through this hobby, they gained encyclopedic knowledge of the film industry.

Their only dream was to study film directing. However, unfortunate circumstances would not permit them to do so. Instead, they studied fine arts and theater, their two other hobbies. Since then, they’ve had many of their works showcased in and out of Gaza.

Tarzan and Arab also had two personal art shows, and participated in many shows in the field of theater and film making. Their project Gazawood, a collection of film posters and a short feature film called Colorful Journey, won the award for the best Palestinian artwork, and was shown in many parts of the world.

It was through this project that they were able to accomplish part of their dream. They are now on a journey to fulfill their ambition to make movies. A Kickstarter campaign is underway to fund Tarzan and Arab’s first feature film.
