Radiation City

There is a kind of color and light that comes from Radiation City‘s sound. You’re transported to a nostalgic, soulful place where streaming harmonies collide with smart compositions meant to take you away. Bossa rhythms are made to whisk you to the dance floor to softly move along.

Radiation City started in 2009, made up of Cameron SpiesElizabeth EllisonRandy BemroseMatt Rafferty, and Patti King – each are seasoned musicians and multi-instrumentalists. As they’ve grown together, the band has embraced mixing genres and playing with classic sounds juxtaposed with surprising melodies. The new release, Animals in the Median, is a labyrinthine soundscape  expanding beyond classification.

Randy Bemrose, the drummer of Radiation City, answered our 12 Questions and we’re thrilled to have him.
